Who is OTTO FIBRA

Otavio Rodrigues Faria, widely known as “Otto Fibra”, is a telecommunications specialist with 25+ years of hands‑on experience in FTTH networks — cable deployment, splicing, patching and OTDR certification.

He started in 1998 in Brazil, working on cabling and network infrastructure. In 2000 he joined Telemar (later Oi Brasil), one of the country’s largest telecom operators, refining technical skill and operational discipline.

After years in the field, he moved to Italy and founded the individual business OTTO FIBRA. Since then, he has delivered FTTH projects across the four corners of Italy, collaborating with national operators and subcontractors, always focused on quality, safety and clear documentation.
